I've tried cloning forms- but I lose some of my formatting and conditionals. When I try to move the form into a shared folder I get a message that it is "working" but nothing happens.
I had a customer service rep clear my cache and I cleared my cache on Chrome- with no change or progress.
What is the best way to do this? How should I proceed?

Hi,
I am not quite sure what you are trying to do. I am able to move forms from one folder to another but it seems you are trying to move a form from one user to another. Is this correct? If this is the case we can do that for you. There may also be a conflict with access levels in the account if you are a sub-user. Please let us know a bit more detail about your issue and we will be happy to look into it further.
