Product is unresponsive - most commands and menus don't work - need help asap.

    Just purchase a plan, watched a quick how-to video and tried to create a blank form. The menu options don't respond, can't drag a field on to the workspace, nothing. Need help right away, please.

    Sorry but I am unable to reproduce the problem you have encountered and most of us in the support team doesn't have issues with the form builder. Perhaps it was your browser that is preventing from running javascripts. Would you mind clearing your browser's cache and see if it helps?

    Please make sure your browser's javascript is enabled. http://www.enable-javascript.com/. This is required is order for the webpages that relies on javascript to run smoothly on the browser.
