how do we know that form is successfully submitted.

if somebody gives the wrong email id, when form is submitted / sent by email to that email id as auto responder/notification we want that admin user of jotform account (or any email id which we set) must receive notification that form is not submitted or auto responder has bounced due to bad email id.

Unfortunately, we do not have such feature. It is currently not possible to track automatically if the auto-responder email was sent successfully or not. 

There is an alternate way to achieve your requirement. You may like to take a look at our "E-mail Validator" widget. When your user input an email address, it will send a verification code to the user's email address. Once the email address is verified then only form will be allowed to be submitted.
