I have downloaded and manually amended the css and html on my PayPal form, but I didn't add the paypal account email beforehand, is there a way of adding my email without going through the payment wizard? I have done lots to it since then and don't want to lose the changes. Many thanks!Beckie

You can safely open the form on the editor, run the payment wizard and change your email address. No change is needed on your customized form. The PayPal email address is only used on our servers when you submit that form.

Hi,
Although I ran the payment wizrd on the original form when I filled in a test form it still doesn't go through to paypal when I click submit, do I need to do something else?

Hi Beckie,
I checked this particular form of yours in Jotform and found that you have used a blank 2CO payment integration. Kindly double check your settings and let us know if you continue to experience any issues. We 're ready to assist you.

Hi, and many thanks for checking that for me. I thought I'd already done it but I must have changed the cloned one that I did instead.
I've checked the right one now and changed it so hopefully it should work now.
Many thanks!
