Most of page, including JotForm, is frozen. Why?

    I'm not sure if this is JotForm related or not, but most of my page, including
    the embedded videos and JotForm, are non-functional. They show on the screen, but are frozen.

    If you have any idea what is going on, please let me know.

    I could replicate the same situation in multiple browsers (Chrome and Firefox). I tested the standalone version of the form and it is fully working so I believe it is not related with the form. 

    Usually embedding again the form, specially using the iFrame method solves any existing conflict that might create difficulties. 

    Let us know if the problem persists.

    Thank you for your reply, Carina. I just re-installed the JotForm, and everything is still frozen, including the form. If the form isn't causing this, can you think of any reason this is happening?

    I checked your website and some of the required files are not loading properly as they returned an 404 not found error, check this screenshot from Chrome Developer's Console:


    Please fix the links: 404 (Not Found) 404 (Not Found) 404 (Not Found) 404 (Not Found) 404 (Not Found)

    Thank you Welvin, but I fixed the links and JotForm is still not working (nor are the embedded videos, except for the video in the lower right corner, which does function).

    Do you or anyone else have any idea what could be causing this?

    Thanks for your reply Jonathan.

    Unfortunately, yes, I am still having the same issue. The JotForm is still frozen, and none of the YouTube videos function (except one, in lower right corner.

    I tried it in both Chrome and Firefox.

    I had another person (on the other side of the U.S. from me) try it, and it's frozen for her too.


    Any help would be very appreciated.

    Dear kungo,

    I see there is a typo in the HTML code and hence the issue occurs. 

    Please search for <div c2ass="style18"> (Possible line no. 333) in your code and replace c2ass with class. This should resolve the issue.
