Hi, my I just tried to login to my account and I got the error message "Login Failed - Suspended" I think that its because my free trail has expired.

    I did some research and the reason that I was suspended was that I asked users for an upload of my ID. I understand that this isn't allowed. Can you please reinstate my account and I will immediately remove the filed.

    I removed all fields that I thought were in violation of the Terms of Use. Can you please confirm that this is the case for me? Please note, that I created a comprehensive indemnity form to allow me to collect their personal information. Please let me know if everything else is in order?
