Cannot open forwarded submission form in PDF format

    Hello,

     

    I'm having trouble viewing the PDF submission report after the form is submitted.

    I tried downloading the PDF report, and I still can't open it, and this text box shows up: http://blvnp.com/Jings/ferwin/2014-07-12_1628.png

     

    I need this fixed ASAP coz i'm receiving a bunch of form submission everyday..

    Hi,

    I can't replicate it here, tho, I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. Here's a screenshot:

    I'm currently downloading Adobe Reader XI. Please stay tune, I will test it using this software.

    Same results when using Adobe Reader, I was able to view the PDF file.

    I think the issue is if you download and view the file from Google Drive since the form is integrated to it. Please send us an example PDF file from your Google Drive, this way we can check it to our end.
