I did a form in order to be possible to upload files, but I have problems in order to get these documents. How can I solve this problem?

I was able to upload a file correctly, however the thank you page is non visible due to the font color which is the same as your background color.
Are you able to see the files uploaded in your submissions?

I am continuing with the same problem, I am not getting the files that were sending me by the upload. The mensage error below.

I changed the color of the background.

You can view the uploaded files in the form's submission page.
Follow this user guide -How-to-view-Submissions
I also suggest correcting the set max file size value you have put in your form http://www.jotformz.com/form/41924594244661 . The allowed maximum file size upload per upload session is only 1GB. You have set it to almost 200GB which can cause glitch on the form.
Refer to the Upload File Size Limit user guide for more details.
Please try the suggested modifications.

I changed the max size for uploading, it is 1048576 Kb that means 1Gb, exactly?
I did an upload at my form, I tried to download it, but I didn't get. So the problem continues.

I was able to reproduce the problem when I test submitted your form http://www.jotformz.com/form/41924594244661 .
The uploaded file was not uploaded properly when I checked it in the form's submission page.
It seems there is a network latency issue that is causing this problem.
I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support so that they can check on this as soon as possible.
We will notify you at once when we have status update available.

We've recently added new servers and it had a glitch upon implementation. We have already fixed the problem. Unfortunately we can no longer retrieve the files that was previously sent. So what I can recommend is to please contact the people who sent you files through your form and ask them to send those to you again.
