I wonder if you can help - I have a form with jotform for my taxi company and when we receive an enquiry we always receive from the email address that the form was submitting under.
Today we are receiving them from the email@example.com email address and when we press reply it is to the jotform email address
Can you please look into this as moving forward this will cause a problem for our database.

hi @lisakas - I just need some clarifications here. Are you saying you're getting a "JotForm" as the sender of the submission instead of handling the sender from a field? if so please refer to this thread, I see you just posted there too.
Also if you want to reply to the user when they submit the form make sure to fill the "Reply-to-email" field on the email wizard when settings up its settings.
