PDF emails are 0kb and won't open

    Just lately the PDF's that get emailed to us are blank. with no file size.

    Is there anything we can do to fix this?

    Hi,

    We just need a bit more clarification and we should be able to help find a resolution for your issue.  Are the pdf downloads of your submission not working?  If this is the case, with large amounts of submissions often times our system will require you to click on the "Download as" button a multiple times to get through all of the submissions:

    Until this screen finally show that you have gone through all of the submissions:

    Sometimes if this does not get all the way through the submissions, it may give you an incomplete file which is the 0kb file.  Please let us know if this does not resolve your issue and we will be happy to look into it further.
