I have the form in our we site and when the customer uses it it comes fromJotform when it use to come for the clients email, why is this?

    I checked the only form we show associated with your account and it appears you have one empty email notification and one that does not have a sender email which will default to "noreply@jotform.com".  The first image is the one that has no address to be sent to and does not get sent:

    The second is not setup to come from a custom domain and defaults to being sent from "noreply@jotform.com":

    I am not sure what could have caused this change.  Here are our guides on how to set these up again just in case:
