My submissions are no longer being forwarded to my email address

    My email address is and I'm not sure why my "Contact Us" form no longer forwards the messages to my email address.

    I'm sure I did something goofy and was wondering if you might be able to help.

    Hi Crin,

    I have sent a test submission with your form, can you please check if you're able to get it on that email? The following log indicates successful delivery of notification to your email address.
