My submissions are no longer being forwarded to my email address

    Hi,

    My email address is upholsteryandpaint@gmail.com and I'm not sure why my "Contact Us" form no longer forwards the messages to my email address.

    I'm sure I did something goofy and was wondering if you might be able to help.

    Hi Crin,

    I have sent a test submission with your form, can you please check if you're able to get it on that email? The following log indicates successful delivery of notification to your email address.
