But I do see that I still have my account free.

I just found out that you've made two payments. Your first payment was made to an unknown account. This will usually happen when processing a payment while NOT logged into the account. Your subscription is active based on the second payment you've made. I have refunded the first payment. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days.
