Upgrade my Account

    I received an email with the message: Your account has been upgraded to JotForm Premium Monthly 

    Order Options: JotForm Premium Monthly [INT140715-6957-85482] 

    But I do see that I still have my account free. 

    My login - broy@profileschool.ru 

    When account will upgrade?

    Based on our records, your account is already upgraded to our Premium Monthly Plan. Please refresh your browser or re-login to your account.

    I just found out that you've made two payments. Your first payment was made to an unknown account. This will usually happen when processing a payment while NOT logged into the account. Your subscription is active based on the second payment you've made. I have refunded the first payment. Expect the refund returned to your account within 4-10 business days.
