I just relaunched my website http://www.booksmartja.com/jessie-ripoll-estimate-calculator.html and when all required fields are filled out it says: ERROR ON FORM. PLEASE FIX THEM BEFORE CONTINUING
The forms are working good in the JotForm preview window and in my back office of my website. Please help URGENTLY!

I tested the forms present in your website and could successfully submit them:
Can you please provide us more information on the browser you are using?
I cannot replicate this situation, but if they are working properly in the standalone version, maybe it is a script conflict between the form and site's code. You may try embedding the forms using the iFrame method if possible:

The problem seems to be when i secure embed the forms. I had to back and embed them as unsecure.
Why aren't thry being submitted when i used the secure option to embed them?

This problem is already escalated and it's been assigned to a particular developer. Hopefully it will get resolved asap

We apologize for the delayed update.
We've made significant updates to the interaction of the Bootstrap Switch and Script Embed forms -
Checking your forms I do not see any errors - and the bootsrap switch widget works as expected.
If you are experiencing further difficulty - please let us know.
