When the menu form is filled out and submitted the email notification does not display the selected items data. It displays as if nothing was selected. HoweverÂ the name area and the additional comments area work fine.

You are right, I just cloned and tested your form and I was able to reproduce the problem.
If I check some items and then submit the form
...I get nothing selected in the email notification
So, I have forwarded this to our developers in order to fix this asap. We appreciate your report.

Hi @yakuptrana, thank you for reporting the issue. This should be fixed now, try it yourself and let us know if the problem still persist.
