I've tried trouble shooting with your FAQ info, but I still don't receive my forms via email after clients fill them out. Perhaps it's a Bluehost problem?
It's not in my spam, either.

I checked to make sure you email address "info@nataliechampajennings.com" was not on our bounce list and it is not:
I checked your email alerts and the seem to be setup correctly. I entered your information again just to make sure and sent a test email that you should have received. I also cleared your forms cache which may have been causing conflicts due to form updates. Let us know if you still do not receive your alerts as our system appears to be sending the emails now and was not before:
