I have a customer that have made a payment but your system is showing it as a pending transaction. what do I do? it said I can manually complete but what about the money?

Upon checking your form, I found that you have added a PayPal question in your form.
It seems you have I pending payment. Have you already checked your PayPal account to see if the transaction was successful and you have received the payment in your account.?
If you have not received the payment in your PayPal account, that means the user did submit the form but did not settle the payment when redirected to PayPal page.
If you have received the payment in your paypal account and then the form still shows the the submission as pending payment that means the IPN setting is not enabled in your paypal account. To solve this problem you should actually enable the IPN in PayPal. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal
