I can't find my form!

I created and published form this evening, but I don't see the form in my account. The form url is

http://www.jotform.ca/form/41956659324263 but the form is not in my account. When I submit the form, I still get the email but I needed to edit the form to edit one of the fields. After I created the form, I did see the form in "My Forms" section, but it just vanished from there now.

I would appreciate any help.

That form was created under a guest account, meaning you have created that form while you're not logged in.
