I am not getting the email notifications

    I have told you that I am not getting the email notifications from our form - the email address they are meant to go to is    contactus@drizign.com      your bounce notification and the email is not right (contactus@aquas.com.au)

    Our apologies.

    We have issues with email alerts recently but it was already fixed. Can you please confirm if you're already receiving form responses? If not, please get back to us so we can assist you further.

    I have also sent a test submission with your form, kindly check and confirm.

    Hi Support

    We are getting the notifications through jotform site only - we still are not being emailed to the contactus@drizign.com   email address....    this address is where the notifications have to be sent everytime a form is submitted. This has been going on for three days now - please help

    Hi Craig,

    I went ahead and change your form notification's sender's email to noreply@jotform.com. I have sent another test submission. Would you mind checking it again? The server log indicates a successful delivery of the notification.

    I am also having the same issue. Not getting any notifications sent to my email account, nordhb@gmail.com.  I also have the sender set as noreply@jotform.com.  Please help!

    Hello  blwcleaning,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. It should send submission emails normally.

    I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not? I did check our email logs and found that the email was sent successfully. Please check the log below:

    [2014-07-21 12:12:55] Submission #281768375898504690 SENT to nordhb@gmail.com from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES

    Do check and get back to us if you have not received the email. You may also like to check your spam folder as well.

    Thank you Ashwin, clearing the form cache must have resolved it.  I do see your test, and I have retested all forms on my site.  All seems to be working again.  Thanks for the quick response!
