Linking multiple Forms to one data file

Is it possible to use 1 form to update the data in more than one table? For instance, we have a club membership table containing all members of our club. People can join our club or renew their memberships using our "Join our Club" table. Later, when our club has an event, people register for it on a different form. Is it possible to link that Event form to the Club data file so that the person's member information is added to or updates the Club data file when they sign-up for an event? In other words, when a person signs-up for one of our events, the information in that data file would also update our Clubs data file.

Is this possible? The "link" between the two files if the persons membership ID number.

    Hello Mike,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Data from another form can be linked to another form. Here's how:

    1. On the Tables page of the main form, click on the Add Tab button next to the main sheet.
    2. Select Table from the options and then select Form.
    3. Then select the form of the data you would like to link to the main form.

That's it. Give it a try and reach out to us again if you need more help.
