Please share to us the First Form and the Second Form so we can check your configuration. Using this method, you have to make sure to capture or have the correct session URL in order to save the data to our servers.

    Example: http://www.jotformz.com/form/41976350755665?session=me@welvin-rc.com.

Hello, I believe that the second form you mention is when we put in the URL saved the email that the client has registered early on, would be:

    http://form.jotformz.com/form/41976350755665?session = {} emailNoiva

done this way and not another device appeared typed information.

    kind regards

Our servers normally generate the session link as my colleague has shown you. What device were you trying to test this for? Or what other device are you referring to? You said you are having trouble and now it seems that you are saying that it is working so can you please clarify this more.

    Hi Eduardo,

I need to check the first form where you capture the email for the second form. Also, the correct session parameter should be like this:

Where emailNoiva is the email field name of the first form. You can find the field name by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names. I hope you have the correct name.

Lastly, the data will get saved to our servers - only if the form is not yet submitted. If the form was submitted, the session URL assumes that the form was completed. If the form was submitted, you can only retrieve the data and edit it using the edit URL: http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date.
