My "contact us" form deleted by the owner.Why ?

    Hello Jotform team.I create contact us form and "android game" form for my site:http://www.gameovertr.com/p/oyun-ekleme-istegi.html .

    But,later Jotform team,suspended my account. I delete wrong forms. My Contact us and android game forms not spam and etc. Please open my form.

    Hello AlparslanMemmedli,

    You can retrieve your deleted form from Trash folder of My Forms page by selecting the form and then choose "Restore".
