The web site is not allowing me to upgrade back to a premium account...

    I'm wanting to reestablish my premium account... My original payment method was cancelled due to fraud and I can't figure out how to change my payment method and reestablish the premium status. The links to upgrade only send me in a circle & never get to a payment screen.

    Please advise.

    Hello Joy

    Looks like you have paid your original subscription using a Paypal account. Do you still want to use Paypal as your payment method or are you using a credit card now?

    Try logging in first to your Jotform account then go to the upgrade page to have your account upgraded again. If it's still sending you in circles, you may want to clear your browser's cache before proceeding. The links below should teach you how to clear browser cache.
