Can I add a url to an external payment processor to remit payment on a form?

I have set up a registration form for an event, and need now to add the payment tool.  We don't want to use any of the default options that Jot offers, and hope that we can somehow integrate the url to our external payment processor without losing the calculating function that jot offers.  Can you help?  Or, are we bound to the payment tools offered in the side bar?  ES

    Hi,

Can you please tell us what is the external payment processor you wanted to use? Perhaps we can offer better suggestion/solution if we know this information.

On the other hand, you can actually still do all the calculations or ordering process within the form and then pass the result to your external payment processor.

You can use the Purchase Order App integration to setup your payments calculations and then pass the result to your payment processor.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance on this.

    Thanks!

Hey thanks for the response! We are hoping to run our payment processor that is hosted by e-tapestry, and that is sharable with a link. Will that work? I might need help in thinking this through - is it possible to set up a call with someone at jot?

We do not offer support over the phone, but you can contact us via this Support Forum at any time.

Unfortunately, we do not have any integration with the e-tapestry service. The custom integration might be possible, but this is a bit advanced topic. This is how the post data can be posted to the third party script:

How to Post Submission Data to Thank You Page

It means that you will need a programmer to be able to process the form data and implement the e-tapestry integration. For example, you can hire a programmer via https://www.odesk.com/ or https://www.elance.com/

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. Thank you.

Thanks! Still looking into this. The How To link you provided is inactive - can you re-send?
