How can I create a way to track full inventory

1) create an order form - displays live inventory and take orders

2) add inventory - adds inventory to the results

You can use the Product list field and manage your stock from it:

Once a product is selected, Available stock from the field settings will update automatically. You can simply update this number to adjust the product stocks.

You can read more about this here.

Unfortunately, this will not show the current stock in the form. If you wish to show the number of remaining products, you can use the Inventory widget.
