I want to subscribe to a 1 year plan

I want to buy 1 year, but on PayPal it says i need to ad a creditcard. I have balance on my account and don't have any creditcard. So please provide me an way to simply pay for 1 year withoud an creditcard using PayPal.

Per Paypal User Agreement, Paypal Balance is your first funding method when it's available. If not, a credit card is required. Please check:

Now, Paypal also needs you to add a credit/debit card to your account in order to verify your account. This is required per security policy. Is your Paypal Account verified?
