Widget button on left-hand sidebar not working

The More Widgets button on the left-hand sidebar moves around like a drag-and-drop field. You can't click on it. I am using a PC with Windows 7. I tried in Chrome and IE.

Please be noted that you can actually drag and drop the "More Widgets" field in your form. It works as a wizard which will allow you to search and select the desired widget in your form. Simple clicking and double clicking will still give you the same wizard window to select the desired widget from the list. Please check the screenshot below:

Were you expecting some other behavior? Is it not working as per the screenshot I have shared with you?

Thank you. It is working now, but before nothing happened when I double clicked. I got the crosshair cursor showing me that I can drag and drop.
