If i use the form to reset my pw it doesnt work. May be, the new TL-Domainname?

I can't find any registered account using your email address and IP address. I've found three guest users. One with two forms, the other with one form, and the last one with no forms. If you haven't registered yet, I would advise to please do: http://www.jotformeu.com. Let us know your username after so we can move the forms there.

You can reset the password by clicking on Forgot Password link from the following link :
