Not receiving email notifications

    i,ve lost loads of new leads due to this form suddenly stop working please fix it and explain why it is happening

    I checked your form and the recipient email was in our bounce list:

    Result: in**@iwan*clea**indo*s.co.uk is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : in**@iwan*clea**indo*s.co.uk is IN the unsubscribe list

    I removed it and made a test submission. I checked the mail logs and they don't show any sent email. I added a custom sender and made a test submission with the same result. I created a new form, made a test submission and the mail log still doesn't display any result.
    I received all the copies of the test submission:

    Is your email account receiving emails from other sources?
    I forwarded this situation to our developers so they determine the causes of this situation.
    In the meantime, if it is possible, I would advise you to add another email address to the email notification.
