Move forms to our company account

A former employee created all of the forms on our website using Jotform, but did not provide us the username and password when they left.  We would like to copy those forms over our our Jotform account so that we can manage and update the forms.  When I try to do this, with the Jotform function by giving it the URL of the form, it says that there is no form at that link.  I can even give the exact form URL from the backend of the website, but it does not work.  Any ideas?

If you give us the forms' urls (or website url) we can move the forms for you, after checking upon their ownership. This is very important if you need to access older submissions made on the forms.

If you do not need to access older submissions you can clone the form using the url:

    http://www.jotform.us/21166809717156

I tried using a regular account and could successfully clone the form.

Please let us know the other forms url so we can assist you better.

    Thank you
