    I was charged twice for our account.

    My credit card was charged $90.00 on June 17, 2014 then again on July 7, 2014. I received an e-mail saying that the June 17 charge had not gone through so I logged on and submitted payment again on July 7. Obviously the charge did you through. I would like a refund for the second charge.

    Our records do indeed indicate you have purchased a duplicated subscription recently.  I have refunded the payment for order# INT140707-1058-54289 that was placed July 7th.

    You should see this reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.
