how can I get submissions sent to my email address?

    doesn't seem to want to send submissions to my email address in my account settings

    Hi Derek

    I ran a couple of test submissions on your form. Here are the email logs of those submissions:

[209.197.255.220], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (OK id=1Qx7Je-0007KD-IB)Have you checked your junk/spam folder in the email account? The above logs basically state that the notifications were received by your email server. Try sending these log entries to your email provider and ask what happened to the messages whose IDs are 1Qx7EH-0005gs-Nr and 1Qx7Je-0007KD-IB

    Hopefully your email provider can shed some light on what happened to the two notifications. Please keep us updated on the situation.

    Incidentally, the reason the image isn't showing up on the form is because it's a PDF and not an image file: GIF, JPG, JPEG, BMP etc.

    Hi dturner,

    At first glance, it could be that your email notification template is in Text Mode. The fastest and most effective way to resolve this is to delete the existing email notification and recreate it, this time ensuring that it is in HTML Mode. Please try it and let us know how it goes.
