When I try to upgrade(switch plan), it never switches. Waiting over an hour. What should I do? I want to upgrade to Ecomony plan.

You may need to downgrade first to cancel your current subscription then upgrade after. Click on downgrade under free plan first. After that goes through then try the upgrade to Economy. You may want to do this anyway to make sure that you do not have a duplicate subscription. I also went ahead and placed your account a bit under its current limits and reactivated it in the mean time so that you would not have any further downtime while we get this sorted. Give that a try, if it still does work let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.
