MEMBERSHIP RULES

1. Membership is available to anyone 18 years of age or older. 2. You are requesting to become a member of UGo Vacations and agree to receive email notifications of  upcoming trips & promotions. 3.  Your have the right to opt out of receiving UGo Vacations email notifications at anytime, by emailing us at

privacy@UgottaGo.com and state your full name and place UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

4.  How Alert Emails Membership Works:   A.  You will receive advance notice of upcoming UGo Vacations for your consideration.  B.  You will receive full disclosure details of all pre packaged trips & promotions  C.  You will be able to make payments on the vacation of your choice by following the pay schedule  D.  You understand that no reservation is confirmed until trip is secured with a deposit.  E.  You will have access to

www.UGottaGo.com to make payments or pay in full.

5.  To secure a trip with UGo Vacations:  A.  Intent to Go - is non binding action...complete a form showing you intend to go on a specific trip.  B.  Plan to Go Deposit - $50 Deposit...secures reservation and is NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit.  C.  Make Payments - to have a completed reservation, you must follow the payment schedule and ALL   payments MUST be completed by the deadline due date for Paid in Full. 6.  You will also be able to take advantage of  UGottaGo online promotions via merchant "Invites" offered through CCA. 7. You can take part in a group travel events in your usual month of vacation travel...meet new friends & have FUN!
