I checked your account and I could not find any forms associated with it. ¬†If you could please let us know which form you are trying to find unprocessed payments from, we will be happy to have a look. ¬†Here is our guide on how to view and complete incomplete payments in case this is what you were looking for:

displayed, apparently due to problems in the page.
With regard to our request, we just want to know if once past the 30 days
and then unregister the underpayment, can again access to customer
information through a folder in jorform as a bin or similar.

I am sorry I misunderstood your question. ¬†Did you want to know if you could subscribe for 30 days and then cancel your subscription? ¬†Yes you can, and you will always have access to your submission data even after you cancel your subscription. ¬†Unless you are over you limit for storage, your account will not be affected once you downgrade.
