Only the users registered with my site should be able to fill the forms. How?

Hi, I want my users to login before they start filling the form.Also I want to identify which record is sent by which user.

No, that is not possible and in fact, making login forms will violate our terms use.

You would need to hire a programmer in order to accomplish the scenario.

This way you'll identify which records belong to which users.
