How can I set up my form so customers can go back in AFTER submitting to make changes?

Hello J.R. Longsdorf,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that when you go back from the Thank You page, after submitting the form, by default, the form loads back all previous input; however, submitting the form again will generate another submission.
Suppose you wish to give responders the ability to edit their entries. In that case, you can add the edit link to the Autoresponder Email, which responders can use anytime to edit their submissions. Let me show you how to do it:
- Go to the Settings tab of the Form Builder, then select Emails on the left.
- Click on the Pencil icon of the Autoresponder.
- Add a row, then click on the + Form Fields button.
- Select Edit Link, then click on the Save button.
Check out the screenshot below to have an idea of what the Autoresponder Email would look like with the Edit Link added:
