Can I set up a form that links to my autoresponder?

I use Listwire, a free autoresponder on my website, and I would like to know if I can somehow use one of your forms, but still have the sign ups go to my autoresponder. I appreciate your feedback. 

For now I believe that we still don't have a List Wire integration. I can forward a feature request so that this integration might be considered in the future. 

They will contact you via this thread once they have an update on this.

Regarding List Wire, I tested their form creator and it seemed that for now they don't allow to ad custom code. In this way I could not link a Jotform form. 

I made some tests with Jotform email notification, by adding the List Wire address to the Recipient in the email notification, but had no results.

As an alternative Jotform as an auto-responder feature included. You can see here more details.

I run some further tests and if you add the List Wire email address to the recipient of the email notification:

Then it is possible to use integrate your forms with the List Wire account:
