I've got a customer using JotForm to integrate with their Basecamp account. Their email is email@example.com if you need that for their records. They recently got an error message saying "Form over quota - This form has exceeded its allowed quota." Since I've never used JotForm before, I'm not familiar with that error message. Can you shed any light into it for me?

I tried to search for the email address and found out that it is connected to a guest account. Although I did not find any forms associated with the email address. If possible, can you provide us the URL of the form?
Guest accounts are only allowed 20 submissions, 2 payment submissions, and 2 SSL submissions per month. These said type of accounts also do not have a registered username. Once a user reaches the maximum number of submissions for the month, his account will temporarily be suspended. You can also check the maximum allowed submissions per month for the Free, Premium, and Professional accounts on this link.
We encourage guest users to register at least a free account to ensure that their submissions are properly archived for the users' benefit as well.
