    Hi medhour

Sorry but I'm having a bit of difficulty understanding your question. Could you please rephrase it in some manner? What "contact us" buttons are you referring to? Do you mean the submit (Send) button? It is quite visible on your site. What do you mean by only being able to send emails thru this site to the contact form?

    Thanks.

what i mean is under my feedback link on my site, if i send a message using the form it does not show as a form submission on jotform meaning is was never sent.  but if i use it on the jotform site it works fine, i just recently added a feedback button also which works fine but i rather use the form than the pop-up version

    Hi there,

Can you try using the iframe embed code so that it won't conflict with any of
the existing code in your page.

To get your iframe embed codes

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided

Let us know if this works for you.

    Regards,
    Mliz
