problems creating PDF

Hello... I need to print the pdf with the information in it, but there seems to be a problem with the print PDF function....

its the last jot form i created!!!!!!!!!

I just checked your form, when I  clicked on My Forms:

Then clicked the form of which you need to get the submissions, and clicked the Submissions button from the toolbar above:

I had no problems downloading the forms submissions in PDF: 

Please try it again, there might be some browser's related issues, so I would recommend you to clear your browser's cache, or try a different one, we recommend using Google Chrome.
