I'm in need of a "request a quote" form on my website. However, any submissions made by interested customers needs to be directed to my company e-mail address, not a secondary inbox/account on Jotform. Is it possible to have my quote requests sent directly to my gmail account?

Yes, it is possible for your quote request email to be sent directly to your gmail account.
By default, when you create an account in JotForm, the target Recipient E-mail address of the form submissions is always your account email.
I highly recommend you register your JotForm account first for FREE! using this shortcut link
I suggest using your email firstname.lastname@example.org account when you register so that this becomes your default JotForm email account.
You can also find for Request From template in the JotForm Template Gallery.
