Form submissions not being received

Hi there, a while ago i had embedded one of your forms into our website. We have recently received emails from people saying they have submitted the form, but we haven't replied, this was due to us not receiving their submission. I can see that when i login to jotform, the form i created is no longer there. 

Are you able to somehow retrieve the missing submissions?

I found this form using a guest account registered with an email i**o@el*******fe.co.nz. You may register using this email ID and retrieve your submissions.
