i want to build an advanced "Purchase Order Form".
currently, in the "product list" - each product has a price.
now, i need to split the form to 10 categories , each will have a "form collapse" of its own, and contains a few different products.
and in the end of this form - i want to submit all the selections as ONE Complete Form.
"form collapse" (name=vegtables) :
cucumber type - 2 radio buttons
tomato type - 2 radio buttons
onion type - 3 radio buttons
"form collapse" (name=fruits) :
orange type - 4 radio buttons
apple type - 2 radio buttons
"form collapse" (name=cheese) :
blue cheese - 2 radio buttons
cheddar cheese - 3 radio buttons
>> submit >> i will get an e-mail with a selection in each product.

I see that you're already trying to build the form and doing in the right way as per your requirements. However, if you have more categories that cannot fit in a single page, you can also break the form into pages by following How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms.
The selections on each page in the form are considered as a single submission of the form since all the pages are built in the same form. I've submitted test data on your form and you should have received an email as below :
