how can I set up a "skip question" option

this is hard to verbalize, but I'd like to include a survey question, that (depending on the response) might allow the user to skip future questions.

You can do so by using conditional form logic:

You would need to break your form down into sections using page breaks:

And then skip to the page you desire based on your forms field inputs.
