My form shows all other data perfectly right,but on edit link the drop down list in 3.1(job level) itself repopulate another value that i didn't choose,
why the data i entered is repopulating into an incorrect option in the list on edit-form ?

I took a look at your form in question but I'm not really seeing any issue. It looks like that was what was selected when the form was originally submitted. So I think perhaps the wrong option was chosen at the time before submission which lead to that.
To confirm this I also inspected the same submission in the submission viewer for your form but I seem to be unable to locate this submission to test it furthermore other then to submit a test through your form with your permission to check it. Did you delete it or maybe the data was changed upon editing it on your end?
The data in this dropdown list is changing with each submission and putting a value other than that I entered . But it clearly shows as a different input,please do a new test this using the form url link and then submit (edit-link). When we compare the submitted data via email or view submission is different from what we entered by option list.
I did check your form's existing submission data and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. The field "3.1. Job level" seems to be displaying correctly when we try to edit the submission. Please check the screenshot below:
To test this issue further, I sent a test submission using your form and the submission list does display the input data of the drop down correctly. I also tried to edit the submission record and in the edit mode as well, the input data was displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
can you please check multiple learners. We tested this with filling values for section 3.1 in following way.
Learner 2: Mixted
Learner 3: Staff
Learner 5: Manager
when using the edit link after submission, this drop down list is not holding the correct values.
I am still unable to replicate the issue you are having. I sent a test submission with multiple learners with the same sequence as you have mentioned above and when I clicked on the edit link, it did display the "3.1 Job level" in the exact same sequence.

for learner 1 Manager
Learner 2 Mixed
Learner 3 Supervisor and Staff for learner 4
after submit, click on the edit link in thank you page the data repopulated in different job levels will be showing differently.Could you check this patiently.
When I checked your form it shows some cache problem error in the console and that could be the reason why it is not pulling the data when form is edited though I'm unable to replicate this on my test form I will still submit a ticket to our 2nd level to check on your form.
While waiting I will also investigate further on what's causing this issue. Thank you for your patience.
