I received a notification email to day that my free account was soon nearing the limit of 00 submission per month and that my forms would soon be disabled. However, this is not true, and I may have had approximately 10 submission for the month of July, not 100. Please respond ASAP to help clear up this issue because I do not want any of my forms disabled. Thank you in advance.

Let me please inform you, that mentioned email is related to received form entries (submissions). This is a total account limit which is based on all account forms. It means that you have received 90/100 submissions in total on all your forms in Jul-2014.
There are several options that you might consider:
- Upgrade your account.
- Increase your Submissions Limit with a Get More page.
- Wait for the next month, your quota will be automatically set to 0.
