How do I know the link to provide to vendors?

I have just created a form and want to begin putting out a call for vendors for an event (clone of previously used form) but I don't know how to open the form and get the link to provide for prospective vendors?  Something keeps popping up when I click on 'view form' saying that my browser will not allow pop-ups?  How do I get around this or find the link.  I need to get this to the public by the end of the week!

Here are the steps to follow to get your form url: 

1. Load your from in editor.

2. Click "Setup & Embed"

3. Click "Embed Form" to get your form url:
