when a client of ours Phils one of the form south on our account, does it store so that we can retrieve it from their name or client ID number?we have repeat clientele that have to fill out the exact same for each time they come in for a subsequent treatment with a new date and time with your program.. What I'm curious about his if we could retrieve the last form they filled out so that they could simply edit any of the information and resave it has a new document. We have to maintain all of the documents on each client on each treatment that we provide so if you could explain to me how to accomplish this and if your program does this I would appreciate it

Unfortunately, there is no way to create a new form entry from submission edit. I have submitted a ticket to see if we can implement that option at some point in the future.
In theory, we can generate a form prepopulation URL with submitted form data and add it to the form email Autoresponder. In this way, users will be able to click on that URL to open a fresh form with answers filled from previous data. In other words, user can use a link to access filled form and submit it with their updates.
