it's not loading the login page when trying to add the integration from the form creation page

Can you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies to see it that makes any difference?
The integration looks fine on my side, I was able to integrate a cloned version of your form with my test Highrise CRM account.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance on this.

it immediately logged me into high-rise to make the connection?

Could you try logging into JotForm in a different browser and then try making the connection to the CRM to see if it makes a difference? Please let us know if the issue still persists. We are happy to assist you further.
